With my ‘10 they’ve done the same, and let me know when they thought the repair cost outweighed the benefit to the longevity (and value) of the car. I cannot recommend them enough. They are thoughtful of expenses to their customers and won’t just do a fix/repair for the sake of getting paid, they want you and your car to be well taken care of. A great shop all around!

Scott & Troy provide the best and most honest customer service that I've seen in a long time. I worked at a large auto and tire company that ran on sales and quantity with zero customer service. When asking for a quote on a specific tire, they gave me multiple choices and their advice on me overpaying for the requested tire. They provided all the info to make the best buying decision for my needs. They saved me thousands of dollars by finding 2 significant issues (covered under my warranty) with my car during a routine oil change/tire rotation. My warranty will soon expire and they will be my "go to" for any future repairs and tire needs.
